Fortunately, Pat Andersen has been contracted to return e-mails, answer voice mail and faxes, and fill orders. Pat has extensive background in FASD and we have complete confidence that she will do an excellent job of filling your orders. At this time, in order to facilitate the Bookshelf’s move to a new home, we are filling orders based on:

• Existing stock only. We will be unable, at this time to backorder any resources but will refund any excess amount on the cheque you have sent to Pat.
• All orders must be prepaid by Cheque or Money Order.
• When the payment has been received, Pat will then process your order on a first come, first serve basis.
• If Pat is unable to fill your complete order due to depletion of stock, she will contact you as to how you would like to proceed.
• At this time, all orders sent will be final and may not be returned or refunded.
• Cheques will be payable to the FAS Bookshelf Inc.

Pat is very conscientious and capable. She is happy to help you with your FASD order and would appreciate that you contact her by:

If you faxed in an order, we have shredded your credit card information before adding your name and order information to Bookshelf’s files for Pat. If, in recent months, you sent the Bookshelf a cheque, we have written VOID on it and Pat will contact you to see if you wish her to fill your order. Again, she will request that you send her another cheque as soon as possible so you will have a better chance of receiving all of the resources that you had wished to order.
