How much will my order cost?
All prices quoted are in Canadian Currency.

In addition to the cost of the items the following Fees and Taxes will be charged:

B.C Orders:

Shipping/Handling Fee is 10% with a $7.00 minimum charge. GST must be paid on all charges including shipping. In addition, PST must be added for non-book items.

Canadian Orders (outside of B.C.):

Shipping/Handling Fee is 10% with a $7.00 minimum charge. GST/HST must be paid on all charges including shipping.

How soon will my order be shipped?
In most cases, your order will be shipped within five business days.

How is my order shipped?
All orders will be shipped Canada Post Surface Parcel Post unless other arrangements are made. Although orders to Northern Canada take longer, parcels shipped to most other areas of Canada usually arrive within seven business days.

We want you to be happy with the resources you purchase and with your experience purchasing through the FAS Bookshelf Inc. If you’re happy, you’ll be back to visit us again and you’ll likely recommend us to others. You are our best advertising. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE ARE SELLING ONLY EXISTING STOCK AT THIS TIME IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE BOOKSHELF'S MOVE TO A NEW HOME, we are filling orders based on:

• Existing stock only. We will be unable, at this time to backorder any resources but will refund any excess amount on the cheque you have sent to Pat.
• All orders must be prepaid by Cheque or Money Order.
• When the payment has been received, Pat will then process your order on a first come, first serve basis.
• If Pat is unable to fill your complete order due to depletion of stock, she will contact you as to how you would like to proceed.
• At this time, all orders sent will be final and may not be returned or refunded.
• Cheques will be payable to the FAS Bookshelf Inc.
